<p>If your package is marked <strong>“Delivered”</strong> by USPS or UPS but you didn’t receive it, please file a claim with the carrier directly. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered.</p>
<p>We highly recommend choosing <strong>“Signature Required”</strong> shipping at checkout if you’ve had issues with package theft in the past.</p>
