RETURNS POLICY

Unworn and unwashed merchandise may be returned within 7 days (including weekends and holidays) of your order delivery date excluding jewelry and accessories.  Effortless Luxe does NOT offer refunds, however, we will offer a store credit which you can use towards a future purchase.  Items must be in original condition. No clearance items, bodysuits or swimwear will be accepted.

  • Any items posted after this timeframe may be denied.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition including tags to be eligible for store credit

  • Once Effortless Luxe has received your returned package, all returned items will be inspected before a store credit is issued.

***Effortless Luxe reserves the right to deny a return if items are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way or have any form of excessive hair, perfume or scents on the fabric. These soiled or damaged items will be returned to the sender. You will be notified via email if your returned item is not suitable for a refund.

Return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide return shipping labels.

RETURNS PROCESS

After your return is approved you will receive a follow-up email containing instructions for returning. To reiterate, we do not offer refunds and we do not accept returns of items that are not in their original state.

Upon receiving your returned item(s), we will inspect it for defects and/or signs of wear. If we detect that the item has been worn or damaged we reserve the right to deny your return. 

Once we've determined your item is in good condition you will be emailed store credit information. Please allow 7-10 days for your return to be processed and finalized. 

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Discounted items and items purchased on promotion are NOT eligible for return. They are FINAL SALE.   If you used a coupon or purchased an item on clearance, the item is final sale.

ORDER NOT DELIVERED OR RETURNED TO SENDER

In the event that your order is returned to us as undelivered there will be a 15% restocking fee deducted from your refund. If we issue a refund it will be minus the restocking fee and shipping cost.  Please ensure that your address is correct when you place your order.  By completing a purchase with us you are agreeing to our full return policy.  

EXCHANGES 

Due to our products frequently selling out, we cannot process an exchange for you. If you require a replacement size, color or  alternative item/s, you are required to place a new order.
